[NCSG-EC] Review of applications for travel slots

Hi everyone,

I liked Julf's idea of thinking about what we want to achieve.

Considering what Julf has said, I think it should be useful to ask Peter if
he intends (and will be able) to participate online as a GNSO Councilor in
ICANN82. If we would need to appoint an actual alternate, then Tapani and
Farell seem to have more experience policy-wise indeed. If not, I'd think
of joining this travel slot with a plan of promoting engagement during the
meeting, with specific tasks to be fulfilled and objective goals to be
detailed in the report afterwards.
