[NCSG-EC] Review of applications for travel slots

After reviewing the list of applicants and their EOI.
As Pedro pointed out, it's encouraging to see such strong applicants.
Julf provided an excellent explanation.
Based on that, and with my previous experience, I endorse selecting Tapani.
