[NCSG-EC] Applications review

Hi Tapani,

Thanks for the clarification and I hope we can get this fixed.
In the meantime, as a workaround Andrea will prepare spreadsheets with a
list of applicants to be sent to EC members and we can put our decision
there. Hopefully, it will be a temporary solution for this time.
As I got the contact for the vendor, we will follow-up with them about this
request and see how much it will cost.
