Hi Raoul

So the monthly support (everything is included) is 577 USD *per month* and
that is if we go with their membership approval (which costs extra).

Below is what I calculated that we need based on their quotation which I
have sent you off line.

*Overall, for 6 month support subscription and cleaning up our membership
support system we need: 11,362 USD. (*this is without elections)

A six-month subscription which allows us to see how well they work. if we
decide to continue with them then we need another *3462 USD.*

NCSG had 9000.00 USD but it is now roughly* around 8300 USD (paid the
hosting it was around 520 EURO) * to spend on this. (in my calculations I
consider NCSG has 9000.00 and then I split the cost of hosting between NCUC
and NPOC.

Each constituency also has *9000 USD* (I believe assigned to them) for
their web development services. It would save us if NPOC and NCUC could put
some of their budgets to cover the cost of CiviCRM maintenance and
improvement.

If NCSG pays *9000.00 USD* towards this, then we would need for the first
phase of the job another *2362.00 USD.*

Splitting the cost between the two constituencies We need *1181,00 USD* from
* Each *constituency for now. (phase 1)

*******

After that to improve the elections process and continue with the
subscription we would need *1800 USD* (for elections process) and *3462.00
USD* for the rest of the 6 months (monthly basis, can cancel anytime).
Total would be* 5262.00 USD. *

it will cost NPOC and NCUC *2981.00 (roughly 3000) each* to help us with
CIVICRM, in phase 2. [note that since this will go to January 2019 and our
budget might be renewed then NCSG can chip in too]

Here is the overall budget that is needed to get everything done (as well
as elections), have one year of subscription as well is below. Note that in
the new year (January) we will hopefully get our budget renewed by ICANN
for this so we can chip in as well.

The overall budget we need to consider, to have a service available until
next year (July) and fix the system is:

   1. Service Level Agreement offering: $577 monthly; *$6,924 annually*
   2. CiviCRM Membership Support proposal: $7,900 fixed
   3. Election Needs Discovery Process: $1,800 fixed
   4. Total: $16,624
