DNS abuse and contractual amendments

Unfortunately I can’t attend NCSG policy committee meetings regularly. Can
we please use the mailing list to discuss policy issues. We really need
updates about the DNS abuse and what direction our councilors are taking.
Notes from the NCSG meetings would be helpful too.
