DNS abuse and contractual amendments

Hi Farzaneh,

I agree that we need rigorous discussion on DNS abuse here, not only
updates. Regarding the CPH letter, I brought up your email in the meeting
and asked if folks had any thoughts or comments but there were few. Manju
agreed with your concerns and Ephraim suggested that we should ensure that
if contractual negotiations happen, there should be an opportunity for the
community to comment on the text/wording.
