That is indeed a valid concern Paul.  I understand that we are sending 
out separate emails to individuals who are members of an organization, 
but not the voting member.  We do have issues with organizations 
becoming inactive if named staff have moved on, and no substitutes have 
been provided.  Suggestions on how to better manage that process would 
be welcome.  Or put another way, what happens when your colleague moves 
on to another employer and forgets to pass on his role as NCSG participant?
