Hi Farzaneh,

I agree with you. the comment is about the travel guidelines which describe
the rules, condition, and expectations for the travel support.  We can add
a comment about visa when relevant in this case the support funded
travelers may expect. That won't respond to the case of those who are not
ICANN supported travelers. Also, we shouldn't go into the specifics of the
current firm there. However, we can elaborate instead what any firm
mandated by ICANN should provide in term of services and support and how
that can be translated into the travel guidelines.

Those guidelines are used by the constituency travel team while the choice
of venue is the role of the meetings team which conducted the bidding,
visit venues and advice the board for its approval.  Commenting only about
visa supporting this draft AND drafting a separate letter about visa issues
while suggesting concrete actions would be more effective than trying to
include that in the draft comment only. letters sent to the board and ICANN
organization are documented, public ( so recorded) and formally responded.
