However, we can elaborate instead what any firm mandated by ICANN should provide in term of services and support and how that can be translated into the travel guidelines.</div><div><br></div><div>Those guidelines are used by the constituency travel team while the choice of venue is the role of the meetings team which conducted the bidding, visit venues and advice the board for its approval.
