Dear WGEC and CG Members,

Please find attached the documents pertaining to the third meeting of
the WGEC as of at the time when the meeting concluded.

Doc 1: Contains the recommendations that were agreed and those that will
be revisited in the fourth meeting of the WGEC.

Doc 2: Contains the recommendations which did not enjoy consensus in the
meeting.

Doc 3: Contains the recommendations under categories D and E that were
not discussed in the meeting.
