[NCSG-SubPro] NCSG Response to the proposed GAC-GNSO Consultation on Closed Generics

Hi Kathy,

The Council has formed a small team and charged it with the task of coming
up with suggestions for the next step.
I guess you can think of this small team as having the responsibility of
requesting input from their respective groups?

The members of the small team are Paul McGrady, Kurt Pritz, Jeff Neuman,
Justine Chew, and me.

So you can see how we really have to hold our fort on this one, and I'm
counting on the statement we agreed to put together as a cheat sheet so I
deliver our points loud and clear.

The small team is scheduled to meet next week. I'll listen to our policy
call again to note down our points. In the meantime, I'd really appreciate
more insights from those of you who have extensive knowledge of closed
generics and GAC/GNSO dialogue on Red Cross.
