[NCSG-PC] Board Seat 14 Recommendations

hi all,

We received the final version of recommendations for board 14 coming from
the small group. It will be one of the topics for discussion in our meeting
with CSG in Prague. We , the members of the small group from NCSG, are in
the PC list already so you can ask clarifying questions and comments.
I will share it later in the NCSG list.
