Hi Tomslin,
This is a fantastic draft and straightforward.
Can we have bullet points on action points we want ICANN to consider? For
example a) ICANN should contract an independent consultant who will liaise
with the ICANN community to examine thoroughly where ICANN can cut down the
wastage and prioritize resources. b) Demand an explanation why ICANN is
undertaking this exercise at this period, c) Ask whether ICANN is facing a
financial crisis, d) Ask whether the "how we meet" review is limited to the
ICANN community because we believe reviewing the organization's financial
state should look at the overall organization architecture and structures.

In addition, I would encourage us to include statistics if available of how
NCSG/NCUC/NPOC are impacted when it comes to funding distribution or some
sort of decision made by ICANN. This is to demonstrate that if further
damanage is done it may affect the group.
