Dear all,

So, from our list of councilors, I have the following names confirmed to
attend ICANN74 in person:

Manju Chen
Farell Folly
Juan Manuel Rojas
Wisdom Donkor

The Councilors that will not be attending onsite are:
Tomslin Samme-Nlar
Stephanie Perrin

I will try to issue a process for filling these two slots today but if you
think there is anyone involved with our policy work - aka. Kathy, Milton,
Rafik, Farzaneh - that should take the two remaining slots please let me
know asap.

Best,
Bruna
