[NCSG-PC] Council Volunteers: Representative on the Council Committee for Overseeing and Implementing Continuous Improvement

Dear councillors,

We need 3 representatives to the council committee for overseeing and
implementing continuous improvement. We have one volunteer for NPOC already
and need 2 volunteers to come forward for the NCUC and NCSG seats.

I understand the workload will be very light for this pilot phase, so
please do consider volunteering for it.
