[NCSG-PC] Call for Volunteers: Representative on the Council Committee for Overseeing and Implementing Continuous Improvement

Well as far as I am concerned I wouldn't have any problems with any of our
councillors joining for NCUC but as I said this should be a NCSG decision
technically
