[NCSG-PC] PC-related tasks improvements

Hi Farell,

Thank you for the summary. I think keeping  confluence updated is a low
hanging fruit which we can quickly work on too.
In the last meeting, someone volunteered to help with this. PC leadership
will reach out to them.
