[NCSG-PC] Next NCSG PC call

hi all,

We agreed previously to have regular PC call. so asking here about the best
time to have the next call. The ICANN68 is just a few weeks away so I am
wondering if it is better to have the PC call after that or not. We can
also talk about the topics/agenda for discussion and initiating some work.
