[NCSG-PC] PC-related tasks improvements

Hello everyone,

Thank you Farell for this initiative.

Bruna raises an important question regarding what the procedure is to use
whatever suggestions we get. I believe it aligns with the charter for the
PC to vote for any new method or procedure of policy work.
