Hi Elsa,

as it is about chartering, I think you can ask for input and guidance when
needed since you would have more specifics. For now, we only have vague
ideas what it will be pushed (like those listed in the notes) such as about
the limited representation etc. To respond to them, we need to think how to
mitigate the risks and bring our own participants there.
