I agree with Rafik, without a clear output on where this leads (rules to restart, timeline, what happens with the things that do need to be address, etc) to we should retrain from approving a stop. Is part of the “management” at council level to take a knowledgeable decision on how to address it, if not, someone else might decide for us.
