[NCSG-PC] next version of comment on March 8 GDPR model

Just for the record here and as I said during the meeting.

Since this is a matter of urgency and this letter was quickly drafted
(thanks Stephanie) and we have to submit it within 24 hours, i have no
objection. I haven't had a chance to go through the whole document but i
think the conclusion is okay. Trusting our subject matter experts on this,
I support its submission.
