[NCSG-PC] EPDP DT Call today: What is our position?

Let us try to keep our tempers folks.  We just had a last minute ambush 
from the IPC, not unexpected, but we are at battle stations making sure 
they don't get away with it.  Many thanks to whoever had time to brief 
you, I am being called on to respond to this mess....
