Hi Rafik and Ayden,

Thank you very much for your remarks and explanation that really helped to better understand the issue. 

I am therefore happy to go with the comment as it stands and can agree that we should push for an outsourced Ombuds office. Also agree with the suggested paragraph with regards to funding for this office.
