[NCSG-PC] Fwd: [council] Placeholder motion for ATRT3 nominations

Hi,

maybe just to clarify about the ranking: the top 3 candidates are
guaranteed to be in the ATRT and one of them is Wolfgang who is a NCSG
member (the others are Brian Cute who was in previous ATRT, if I am not
mistaking its chair, and Stephane Van Gelder). then the 4th and 5th
candidates are NCSG members. GNSO can send 7 names and SO/AC leaders can
decide about the composition of the ATRT.
if Tatiana withdraws, I think we can ask to make Michael go up the 4th
position. we don't know if we can get him to ATRT but his chances would be
better.
regarding the pool of candidates, it was really small and it raises a lot
of concerns about getting more candidates for forthcoming appointments.
