Understood.  Hints on how to word that in the most conciliatory way 
appreciated. How about:  It is the view of the NCSG that rushing the 
gTLD SubPro group will not help it to go faster, and may undermine the 
process. We should not proceed with new rounds before the review process 
is complete.
