[PC-NCSG] just checking before the new ggTLD SubPro mtg

Hi Avri,

My guess is that we have our attention focused on other issues. As you 
know, often the members of the NCSG who are in the WG prepare a draft of 
the comments on issues they think are of concern or interest to the SG.

With so many issues involved with the New gTLD Overarching issues, on 
what issues do you think we should be commenting?
