[PC-NCSG] just checking before the new ggTLD SubPro mtg

Hi,

The extended deadline for the comments on the Community Comments 1 on
New gTLD overarching issues was Friday.

I assume we did not submit anything.  Do we plan to, or should I just
indicate NCSG passes on having an opinion on any of these issues?
