[PC-NCSG] [Urgent] Appointement to working group to develop recommendations on new gTLD auction proceeds

Hi everyone,

James sent me email to withdraw his candidature, he will follow the
drafting process and looking to get involved in the WG to be formed.
With this, it becomes clear that we have 2 representatives i.e. Klaus and
Olivie. I think we can close this and I will inform Glen about the
appointment in next hours.
