Hi Farzaneh
The point is that no matter how often you engage the "drafters" so to say
the responsibility of its interpreted actions on the understanding of the
implementers (FC), so it could not add up.

Definitely we don't need that. Are you implying that FC is not capable of
understanding the charter despite differences in opinion?
