[NCSG-FC] NCSG Travel Policy- Not adopted yet

Hi Farzaneh
I do not think that is entirely correct considering the oversight functions
of NCSG-FC which include auditing and reporting back to ICANN and community
etc on usage of fund appropriately.

Moreso since they are warehousing current external funding support its
imperative to get report from them and how this has been used, at least in
the last one year.

May be, you revisit the section again in our NCSG charter and like I said
earlier, we all need each other than waving off the FC.

By the way I hope you have seen the draft operating procedures shared
earlier.
