[NCSG-FC] NCSG Travel Policy- Not adopted yet

Hi

Milton is the treasurer of NCUC. NCUC funding has nothing to do with ncsg.
I have explained this many many times. the ncsg fc has no power to get
involved with its constituencies spending of their own funds. If we have
the new procedures in place by 2019 then ncsg can provide oversight for the
money that will go to ncuc bank account. At the moment ncuc ec is
responsible for that money.

There is really no pressure other than coming up with a clear operating
procedure on how to carry out fc tasks by 2019. Something you should really
focus on...
