[NCSG-FC] NCSG Travel Policy- Not adopted yet

Hi Farzaneh,

I would like to know if you are able to share Milton's email address
(offline) because I need to start keeping upto date on nature, frequency
and nature of financial activities (summative financial report) of NCSG in
the past year or two. It will help with planning and fulfillment of the
selected FC responsibilities as per the NCSG Charter directives (Section ),
namely.
- Deployment of fundraising plans for NCSG
- Ensuring fair and equitable financial support from ICANN to NCSG it's C's
- Determining levels of support to NCSG from ICANN finance

This will provide the FC with a long term trend and sufficient information
to get started meanwhile waiting for 2019 and before the incoming Chair
assumes their responsibilities. This exercise with help with identification
and understanding of leads to obtaining or recovery of  financial support
for NCSG and its constituency from ICANN and/or external sources. This is
critical for plenary purposes and effective integration of the FC while you
are still around, the announcement you made has put a little pressure on
the FC to move quicker. All are free to share their thoughts around this,
