[NCSG-FC] Action items/notes

Hi Farzaneh,

I agree that we need to discuss this matter further, not knowing what is
the position of Remmy on this issue and comments from Joan and Renata. With
organisational structures the greater structure would normally support the
subsidiary/affiliate structure, where the lesser consults with the greater,
that is why I  agree to discussing this in our next meeting.

I also take cognisance of necessary governance and management structural
requirements that come with incorporation but sometimes best and common
practice helps with long term stability, accountability and transparency of
a body such as the NCSG.

Concerning funders, has there been any queries made or fact finding
missions initiated to determine if funders are not be comfortable with
funding NCSG in its own bank account? If not, I think this is actionable.
