With organisational structures the greater structure would normally support the subsidiary/affiliate structure, where the lesser consults with the greater, that is why I agree to discussing this in our next meeting.<br></div><div><br></div><div>I also take cognisance of necessary governance and management structural requirements that come with incorporation but sometimes best and common practice helps with long term stability, accountability and transparency of a body such as the NCSG.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Concerning funders, has there been any queries made or fact finding missions initiated to determine if funders are not be comfortable with funding NCSG in its own bank account?
