[NCSG-FC] ICANN 64 - FC meeting opportunity

Hi Maryam,

You may strecth the Doodle date of the meeting to the following week or
weeks depending on when Stephanie will be available.

It is crucial that she attends this meeting. I also understand that as we
approaching the festivity of this season, things tend to get busy for most.

2nd week of January should be the latest, in the meantime I will rely on
constituency chairs for input from the ECs regarding this meeting request.
