Hi Tomslin,

Thanks for the suggestion.
 what was discussed previously as one of change for election procedure is
to ask people to update the region before the election for example as part
of check-in process.
Andrea will send another doodle poll to have call soon. We are having
changing to get our regular calls and election timeline must be approved
asap.
