Hi all,

Seeing no response, I have gone ahead to propose a minor update to the
operating procedure in relation to region selection during elections. See
on this Google doc

Essentially, this is the section and line I am proposing be added:

Applicable to all NCSG elections:


   1.

   Candidates must select (and declare) their region during the nomination
   acceptance phase, well before voting begins.
