Hi Philippe,

I only quoted verbatim the rec #3 which leave to the search committee to
self-organize and decide on appointing such facilitator.

For timeline, we can ask the search committee to accelerate the process and
start call for candidates asap (something we will support too)

For a call next week, I assume it is challenging due to Thanksgiving ?
