[NCSG-EC] Travel slot for ICANN80 - your input needed

What we did in NPOC was to designate CROP to Africans. I'm aware Kathy has
a plan to hold a training workshop on policy writing for Africans and other
interested NCSG members and this could be a good one in a way for her to
realize that dream.
That reminds me why does NCSG not have CROP?
