I agree with the desire to get as much attendance from Africa as<br>
possible, but on the other hand I have the naive notion that travel<br>
within Africa is cheaper than intercontinental travel (I fully expect<br>
to be told it isn't - it wouldn't surprise me), so I would personally<br>
prefer to use travel for people who have a harder time justifying the<br>
travel.<br>
