[NCSG-EC] Travel slot for ICANN80 - your input needed

Hi Farzaneh,

I agree with the desire to get as much attendance from Africa as
possible, but on the other hand I have the naive notion that travel
within Africa is cheaper than intercontinental travel (I fully expect
to be told it isn't - it wouldn't surprise me), so I would personally
prefer to use travel for people who have a harder time justifying the
travel.
