[NCSG-EC] Travel slot for ICANN80 - your input needed

Hi Julf,

I am a bit undecided here because this meeting is being held in Africa, and
I'd love to see the increase in attendance of our Africa based members. I
have looked into James's participation and it seems like he frequently
attends our meetings and engages with the mailing list. But I also would
like to see someone like Kathy go to this meeting and her statement of
interest is very strong.
I wait and see what others say, but in the end I will go with what the
group decides. If we decide on Kathy, I think we should give her a few
mentorship roles (to NPOC and NCUC Crop holders I think)
