[NCSG-EC] New Members NCSG/NCUC/NPOC

Hi Julf,
I want to call your kind attention and EC members to an error in our
application process which I just observed as a major reason at least a
member is declining approval.
1. The ISOC applications are supposed to be easy approval given that these
are different chapters trying to join who I specifically spoke to as some
form of NPOC outreach during some of our ISOC Chapter leadership meetings
to get involved in ICANN. Most of them during the call immediately shared
their screen with me while they signed up while i guided them. We already
have ISOC chapters as NPOC members.
2. if you look at the images below with the red highlight shows clearly
that these are COMPULSORY FIELDS no one can skip unless they complete that
section.
3. In the application view section where have to approve, they are all
empty.
There is a need for us to investigate this. Why suddenly do all these
applications skipped statements of interest or domain name when actually it
is a compulsory field?
