[NCSG-EC] Primer for tomorrow's meeting

I am sorry Ioana, I should have rescheduled the meeting by now. I will 
ask Maryam to send a doodle for this week.  Thanks to Raphael for 
getting you all set up.  Basicly, we each review the applications that 
we have received, prior to the meeting, and then we can have a quick 
discussion about each application and agree, based on what shows up in 
the comments on each application....I try to review the comments prior 
to the meeting, but I am often the guiltiest for reviewing at the last 
minute:-[

We are looking for evidence that the individual/organization is actually 
non-commercial, that they have demonstrated an interest in the DNS, that 
they are who they claim to be.
