[NCSG-EC] Evaluation of individual applicants

Thanks Farzaneh.

I have done the individuals already and will do the orgs this weekend.

Good to know re the procedure.

I was not aware re NCUC/NPOC's own procedure. How does that reflect on what
we need to do once we all (the EC) agree that an applicant should become a
member?
