[NCSG-EC] Farzaneh Badii resignation

Well, it has been educational for all, which is a goal. My fault for not noticing that the list was not accurate, I really thought Elsa was repping mena so did not note the error.
Would you like to edit my previous note, or start from Scratch and rewrite it?
