[NCSG-EC] URGENT - Temporary alternate for tomorrow

Thanks, Tapani.  I’d like to suggest that we move forward with Tatiana since time is short and we are about to begin the election for the position anyway.  

We have selected Avri quite a few times in recent months and I believe it is important that we grow the number of people who can fill-in to these positions, so that we are less dependent on a single person or a small number of people to fill-in when we have emergency situations.  So let’s go with someone who is both “new blood” and also experienced with the GNSO policy development process and try to grow the number of people ready to jump-in and hit the ground running on these important appointments that we have to make every few months for various reasons.
