[NCSG-EC] URGENT - Temporary alternate for tomorrow

Dear all,

Seems I was a bit hasty, the vote will only begin next week,
on Thursday 27 July to be precise.

Still before our call, but if we could agree on the appointment up to
Abu Dhabi online before next Thursday that would solve the issue
neatly. So I would like to encourage discussion on list now rather
than leaving this to the call.

I see two suggestions so far: Tatiana Tropina (by Robin) and Avri
Doria (by Joan). At this point I will say only that I believe either
of them could handle the job and I will be happy to support whichever
the four of you can agree on.

We could still consider other candidates as well, or even issue a call
for volunteers on the -discuss list, even though there isn't all that
much left.
