[NCSG-EC] NCSG GNSO Councilor resignation?

Hi Tapani,

That's odd because one of the sources of the rumors is claimed to be you.  Stephanie Perrin said that you told her on Friday morning in Joburg that Ed Morris was resigning, and when she responded, "he says that at every meeting,” then you replied, “this time it is for real.”  Not true?

Other community members such as Greg Shatan also informed NCSG members in Joburg that he was told Ed was resigning.  

Then we got a message on CCWG ACCT yesterday from ICANN staff to say that Ed has indeed resigned from the working group he was supposed to serve as rapporteur for.   

And his status was changed on the NCSG mailing list to “suspended” at the end of last week according to Milton.

So something is going on and the EC should be updated as to what it is.
